  1. Finding the products you want to order

First things first, use our navigation bar at the top of the page, go into the category so that you can see our range of products. You can then select a specific product to view. Alternatively, you can use the search box at the top right-hand side of the page to find a specific product. Start typing and the closest results will appear. Don’t miss out on our special offers and our bulk promotions, simply click on the respective menus and you will be there.

Once you’ve chosen a product and clicked into it, select your choice “Add to Basket". You will be required to choose the type and weight of some of the products you choose. Select the type and weight, add to your basket and continue.

  1. Checking your shopping basket

To see the contents of your basket, hover over the basket area at the top right-hand side, then select “View Basket". From the basket page, you’ll be able to update items in your order, as well as having the options to use a coupon code, a gift voucher code or check your delivery cost to a specific postcode or area.

This is a good chance to check over your order contents before proceeding to checkout.

  1. Proceeding to Checkout

After checking your order contents, choose the option to Proceed to Checkout. The first step is to choose whether you’d like to register an account with us, or simply checkout as a guest.

Enter your billing details, kindly ensure that your delivery address, being as clear as possible, and double checking this, so we can ensure your delivery gets to you safely! Choose your packaging option as we do offer to ship your products in normal packaging at no extra costs or special temperature control boxes for an additional fee.

You can choose to provide us with any extra instruction or delivery information. You can also request a specific delivery date for your order. Simply type in your request or instruction in the additional information box.

  1. Online Payment

Select your mode of payment this should match that of the credit/debit card or PayPal account you’d like to use for payment.

Finally, you can choose to proceed to payment using a credit/debit card or bank transfer or by Juice. For safety and security, credit/debit card payments are handled securely via 3rd party payment gateways, and we don’t store any of your card or sensitive payment information ourselves.

After completing this, congratulations, your order is placed! We’ll keep you up to date on its progress via email or telephonically.
